Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone support requests.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity problems.
  • Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
  • Perform software updates, system backups, and routine maintenance.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by configuring devices and accounts.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

  • Diploma, degree, or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with help desk or ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
